Incorrect RPL_MYINFO message

I receive the following from matterircd:

:matterircd 004 mynick :matterircd 0.25.1-dev o o debugmode false

This message has 2 params, "mynick" and "matterircd 0.25.1-dev o o debugmode false". This doesn't follow the format specified at https://modern.ircdocs.horse/#rplmyinfo-004 and causes my client to misbehave.
