Needed for library adoption we should include footer text and links or badge "Built with github.com/47deg/org"

Instead of making the footer configurable it could be:
Copyright <current-year> <organization> - Built with 47 Degree's org
and don't make it configurable. I'll open a PR with this proposal and we can discuss details there.
