Need a way to have inline bits of code an highlight filenames

inline code doesn't work and creates a new code box. This should be fixed as having inline bits of code can be useful.

Added, the single backticks are now styled correctly and should be used for directory/filenames, command line commands, and all references to functions, classes and examples in code
