Fix: force reloading from disk if disk has been ejected since last opening, unless the file was modified on the MetaModule.

There will still be a conflict to take care of if the user modified the patch on the computer and on the MetaModule, but at least no changes will be overwritten (the file still exists on disk and in memory on the MetaModule).
