Vidble.com rate limiting(?) causing script to hang indefinitely when ripping large (or consecutive) albums from vidble.

Unable to reproduce, tried downloading the same 5 albums from vidble repeatedly (see test case)

Added 10-second timeout and retry logic (default to 3 retries) in 8f6b4a0
