php >= 8.x compatibility

We tried the library both with php 7 and php 8 and in this case we receive an error that seems this https://wiki.php.net/rfc/abstract_trait_method_validation that is implemented in php 8.
We don't go deeply because may there other problems, but to be inline with CI that is compatible with php 8 this library should be the same.
