Node v18 has been released today, it should be added to shared-build-and-test-stage.yml

Hi @jeanlescure,

Many thanks for raising this to us. Our policy is to build and test with the Long Term Support Versions. We understand that v18 is currently not a LTS but will be prompted to be the next LTS in Oct/2022. Thus, we will look to add v18 to our pipelines in the coming months.
