Profile List Empty

Hi guys,
Sorry, I'm not sure if this is the best place to raise this question.
I search the internet looking for more info related to my problem and could not find anything.
Not sure why my "View Profile Analyse" is not showing me the profiles anymore. It used to work fine but I'm not sure why it stopped working.
I have changed the "Default web browser" in windows and still doesn't work.
Do you have a trouble shout guide for this problem?
PS. Thanks for developing such a good add on.

Did you check if the html file is created and is it just an issue to open automaticaly the file in your browser ?
