Describe the bug
The room moderation settings doesn't update the values in db when you change them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to room settings
  2. Change room name or any other setting
  3. Room won't update
  4. Database Won't update either

Expected behavior
The room settings should be updated when changing the values. And the settings in the room moderation tab should all be defaulted to "none" as Habbo

Emulator Error
Error gets throwed when you change the settings.
Exception thrown: 'System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll
