Hyperlink only on half of the image at mobile sizing

Added widget to bootstrap web structure, and everything functions as it should. Install was very easy, markup is great. Unfortunately, when I render the page on Tablet or mobile sizing, the hyperlink on image is only active on top half of the image??? Looked for conflict in sizing with bootstrap/flexisel css and found nothing, thoughts?

I believe I have answered my own question. It was an issue with my scripts. Putting the js at the bottom of the page was causing conflict with inline script. Being a noob I didn't think it would matter, but I flipped the positioning, and now all is good! Thank you for the quick response!
