pkg/intel/metadata/fit: Parsing of Fit Entries incorrect-

I encountered a bug with the FIT Parser:

The amount of data read into Entry is WWWAAAAAYYYYY to large. Seems like the size check for the read data is flaky.

For a KM which should be a couple hundred Bytes, I got 9,2kB to 9,6kB of data in the Entry-Structure.
