Is secret hex key format valid?

I've noticed that t.me/proxy?(...) link generated by "access" command is broken and the culprit seems to be the secret key.
Similarly with registering proxy to @MTProxybot - I get Incorrect secret value. It must contain 32 hex characters like 00112233445566778899aabbccddeeff.
Thoughts?

The v1 docs describes that mode of operation whilst in v2 readme this is missing, consider adding it in.
