Not creating conda env properly

When I start a new hermione project, it is not creating a conda env properly. Tested on Windows and Ubuntu 20.04

The problem was spaces in my username which are not compatible with conda environments. We detached hermione from conda and implemented venv.
Closed by release v0.3.1
