[BUG] <Quest 4622 (Nuia) / 4623 (Haranya>

Bug description

When you cut a willow, you get wood and the quest item "willow heart" ID 33314, which seems to correspond to quest 4622 for Nuia and 4623 for Haranya.
We obtain the item systematically even if we don't have the quest in progress

I do believe this affects all loot with quest items.
It is indeed not supposed to do that.
