Performance loss at late game

I don't know it is due to upstream engine upgrade or the effects we add, the game seems pretty lagging (25~30 FPS) at late game even with only 4 AI players. Can we find out where eat the performance the most? I just see Tick_time suddenly goes up for a long while while other lines stay far below it.

I am not certain but I believe this is caused by a regression.

it is kinda solved now by dropping some staff and upstream engine fix
