Sigma 0 difference between Intensity and Master / Slave

Need to get to the bottom of why there is such a difference between Intensity (computed in level1) and the Master / Slave intensities (squares of Master/Slave SLC images). Currently np.conjugate is involved:

  • Intensity should be the same with or without the conjugate.
  • Check the Intensity Master is the same with **2 or Master * Master
