Max lightning fee issue in Phoenix wallet

Just downloaded IOS Phoenix lightning wallet and tried sending bitcoin to it from Strike but even with my max fee set above 10,000 sats and percentage set at 100% I get an error saying it exceeds my 5000 sat limit. Doesn’t seem to matter how much higher I raise and save my max fee limit it just comes back with the same dashboard error. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
