Explorer Windows Freeze When Opened After Enabling SCT

Describe the bug
Windows Explorer windows have randomly started freezing when opened and never actually work, and can only be closed via task manager (which itself takes forever to do). See screenshot - this is where it gets permanently stuck.
Reproduction
When opening a Windows Explorer window after launching SCT (it's already installed, this is after enabling it from the start menu).
Expected behavior
For Windows Explorer to work normally.

Environment:
- OS: (Win10 LTSC 2019 (also tested on LTSB 2016, same result). .NET 5.0 and VRedist 2019 are installed.
- SCT Version (1.2.2)
Closing this as this is not directly linked to SCT. See #28 for more info on why. For help I would recommend checking the WinClassic forum as that's a useful resource as well. Furthermore SCT is not specifically supported on non-standard version of Windows 10.
