Describe the bug
Search box on file dialog ("Save as".. etc) is not there
Reproduction
Whenever causing a "save as.." file selector dialog
Expected behavior
The normal system search box in the file selector dialog

Environment:
- Windows 10 Home 21H1 (OS build 19043.1165)
- SCT Version (1.4.0)

I sort of figured as much, still could not find that particular issue on the forum so it's good if someone else sees this!

There is a topic on it somewhere. It mostly occurs on any explorer window on 1903+
