[BUG] SCT doesn't properly choose light/dark mode based color scheme

Describe the bug
SCT's UI shows incorrect logo and banner when running with a semi-dark theme.

Reproduction
Use a color scheme that barely crosses the light/dark theme border. You'll get an incorrect color.

Expected behavior
The banners should be white.
