Swadge Land: Chill options

If anyone has ever played Celeste (another 2D platformer), they may have seen that game's optional cheats menu. This is in place to allow more casual gamers to play the game to enjoy the levels and story, without needing to get good first.
So far, once a menu is implemented, one could easily implement:
- 255 lives
- 255 health
Other cheats could be implemented too, depending on time available and what we come up with.
High score tracking would of course either be disabled or separated from cheat-less runs.
