Getting a certification error when I try to access card rulings

I'm getting a certification error whenever I try to access a card's rulings. The other info (Oracle Text, Price, Legality and Translated Card Name) all display properly, the only one I'm having trouble with is the rulings.

Initially thought my VPN could be the culprit, but the problem persists even when I deactivate it.

java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.
