Plotting scripts

The mess of scripts in script/analysis was written largely as a set of single-purpose studies for various projects. The maintained successor for most of this functionality within the group is pyHARM. However, pyHARM is another 4k LOC and not really necessary for getting started with iharm3D.
Thus, we should have a simpler, didactic single plotting script in place of the current unmaintained mess, with a pointer in the README to use pyHARM or similar group tooling (e.g. ipole) for more advanced analysis.
