I've revise your commits and PR. Mose update are not so useful / crucial (especially on .md / .rst etc.) when comparing to the increasing issues. Pls focusing on fixing bugs if possible. Thanks for your working.

We are enjoying coding algorithms…like why existing DRL do not deliver in real-world?? Better to change and check every algorithm. Something is wrong in academia.
