Introduce Seldon deployment pipeline
Describe the solution you'd like
Model on github:
- take model and store it on Ceph
- create SeldonDeployment CRD pointing to the model on Ceph
Model already on Ceph, how is it referenced on GitHub? (e.g. DVC? assets like in scipy workflow?)
