Requirement install issue on KDE Plasma 5.7

Running KDE Plasma 5.7.5 on Ubuntu 16.10 (I'm going to try to update to 5.8, but that was the KDE version returned when installing via

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

without adding the

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports

I'll test after doing this)

In the instructions, the command:

sudo apt-get install libkf5notifications-data libkf5notifications-dev qml-module-qtquick2 qml-module-qtquick-controls2 qml-module-qtquick-controls qml-module-qtwebsockets qml-module-qt-websockets qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin qtdeclarative5-models-plugin cmake cmake-extras cmake-data qml-module-qtquick-layouts libkf5plasma-dev extra-cmake-modules qtdeclarative5-dev

Results in:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package qml-module-qtquick-controls2
E: Unable to locate package libkf5plasma-dev

I was also unable to find those packages in the Ubuntu Package Library.

After upgrading to KDE Plasma 5.8.5 via

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Still receiving error
