Time synchro issue

The difficulty as I see it is my clock here is right ( am in the philippines - 12 hours in the future for North America )
My Time now is Monday Jun 26, 4:35 PM
Is there something I need to do?

I installed NTP server and set time synchro to Internet and all is fine now.
