Error code PBAE01 when moving AETH from 'Transferable' to 'Manafied'

Reporting because it might be a bug. Please, close if duplicated or known.
I'm using AKASHA mac app and every time I try to transfer AETH from 'Transferable' to 'Manafied' I get the error code PBAE0 (first screenshot). Then I'm forced to restart the app.
After restarting the app, the balances are updated correctly, meaning that the transactions are going through despite the error (ie. the AETH is properly transferred from 'Transferable' to 'Manafied').
The problem, then, is that the transaction doesn't appear in the 'History' tab from the 'Total Amount' menu -- although it appears in the 'Transactions Log/History' tab.
As you can see in the second screenshot, the 'History' is displaying only one '100 AETH Manafied action', although, as you can check by the total amount of "200.00000 AETH Manafied", I have done two individual transfers of 100 each.
I have tried many times, with different amounts, and the issue happens every time (100% reproducible).
The third screenshot shows a second scenario where the balances don't comply with the 'History' either.
