Check if view is in/near Leipzig on startup

The map should move to Leipzig on startup, if users geolocation is not. Otherwise its confusing to dont see any buildings.

Howot: check distance between leipzig centre and users geolocation.

Hi @simeonackermann, how much time do you think is needed to implement that?

I dont think its quite much. I have to setup a threshold for the max distance and we already have a getDistance() method implemented.

Can we ship it? If so, can you rebuild the dist files and have a look at pending packages alerts?

Ok, dist is rebuilded. Do you have some particular alerts in mind?

I see a couple of medium and high severity alerts. Are these solved by just updating or do they need additional work?

Hm, the only message i get is the "exceeding recommended size limit" of main.min.js
