Image not uploading on signup page

Describe the bug
I tried signing up with uploading a profile image but profile image did not show up (It's not uploaded)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Signup
- Fill details and upload a profile image and signup
- Go to dashboard
- See error
