Has no client.ConnectAsync

Please check, my AMWD.Protocols.Modbus v0.2.0 has no client.ConnectAsync function, so when i call client.ReadHoldingRegistersAsync then error orcur: System.NullReferenceException: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
Could you please try this pre-release?

(For who don't know): Add to the package source is: https://nuget.am-wd.de/v3/index.json before search amwd.protocols.modbus.tcp with include prerelease, it will show version 0.2.1-7
The mentioned NuGet Feed will only have some pre-releases during development.
These can be deleted any time after a release is published ;-)
Issue fixed in Release v0.3.0
