Guest report validation with sev-tool fails

Hi,
I have generated a guest report with sev-guest as I explained in this issue https://github.com/AMDESE/sev-tool/issues/87
But when I try to validate it with sev-tool with the command sudo ./sevtool --ofolder certs --validate_guest_report it fails with error:
`Error: Guest report failed to validate
Command Unsuccessful: 0x15`
Do you have any idea what is wrong? I explained the steps I followed in this issue https://github.com/AMDESE/sev-tool/issues/87
They are saying it is firmware problem, but I have successfully verified the same sev-snp report some months ago, but now it doesn't work.
