installation guide

Would you please add an installation guide here ?
I installed AMRex and trying to build this on top of that;
I did the following but am not able to see the *.a or *.so
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ../
make -j 16
[100%] Built target amrex_hydro
but I am not see the target anywhere;
Is this supposed to be a libXXX.a ?

An installation guide is currently in the works. Please see #26 and let me know if this helps or if it needs to be improved.
