AS-11 X5/X6: add annotations from DPP003 and RDD 59-1 to Commercials/Promos XSD

Metadata fields corresponding to those in DM_Commercials_Promos_DomainSpecific.xsd are being annotated, and it would be beneficial if these appeared in AS-11 too. This does not make a substantive difference to the schema so will not require a major update.

Additionally: RDD 59-1 will include definitions of the different Content Kinds (e.g. presentation_event) and these can be incorporated into the AS-11 XSD(s) as well
