"Signal" and "Essence" definitions

We use "signal" to describe a signal between a physical interface and an Input, and "stream" to describe a network stream between a Sender and a Receiver. We have to review that and expand NMOS Glossary if needed.
We also have to understand if Essence is a good term for a sequence of Grains produced/being a part of Flow.
