because helpful error messages just aren't friendly enough.

  • automate SPM12 installation (maybe using e.g. brainweb.get_file('spm12.zip', ..., '~/.spm'))

  • more helpful error messages for failed automatic matlab engine installation (1faed37, follow up to #3)
