The plugin in not working

I have Sketch 49.1.
The import screen doesn't appear.

Do you use osx el capitan ? Sketch Icons only work on sierra and high sierra.

I am using macOS Sierra v 10.12.3 Sketch version: 49.1 I can use the previous version: Version 3.0.14But version 4, doesn't work.
