Store WinPath downloads in `%temp%`

In %temp%\AppData\Local\Temp\WinPath\ to be specific.
Why?
It helps in cleaning data, the user/operating system can clear it whenever they wish to, unlike it being stuck in Application Data, which is possible and a command can be made, but that's just not good for every user end.
