[Feature Request] Add ability to live capture NOAA from RTL-SDR device

I would love to see the capability of using something like "rtl_fm" or "gnuradio" to be able to actually not only see the predicted passes, but be able to capture them using an attached RTL-SDR device, and then have the program decode that image after it's recorded.

There is a similar piece of software that does this for Raspberry Pi based devices, and it is well rounded but lacks the features you have here. Personally speaking, I would love to see this implemented.
