feat: Upload floor plan image: 1m/10m grid

When uploading a new floor plan background image, there should be a meter grid available to correctly apply image size.
Right now the marker sizes are unclear. Those need adjustments for useful sizes in centimetres, e.g. the table marker should have width: 200 and height: 100 for a table of 2mx1m.
