This site will be used as a resource by many students across the world, and although the majority speak English, it would be helpful for many others to be able to read the site in their own language. As with the CONTRIBUTORS issue, treat this issue as a RFC.
Currently, I'm thinking i18next (built-in i18n doesn't exist on app directory), and fetching and preparing all supported locale jsons when setting up ISR.
