能否增加插件扫描黑名单

在黑名单内的域名默认不使用插件扫描，很多google的api接口github的接口都是没有必要的，希望作者能考虑下

这个问题可以参考Burp的文档

可以尝试在Target-Scope-Exclude from scope中添加URL来避免Burp对这些站点的扫描，这是整个Burp级别的，和APIKit无关：
