As a community member I want to see impressive and nice list of latest blog entries to know what's going on.

This is pulling apiops category blog posts from API:Suomi as we discussed at the office. Lets use RSS feed for that: http://apisuomi.fi/category/apiops/feed/
It does not make sense to create blogging engine inside apiops.net application.
