if gui slot is set , slot type is moveable air to move , if itemtype is not air , that won't move

You can set certain slots as moveable, see https://github.com/APickledWalrus/skript-gui/wiki/2.-Modifying-the-contents-of-a-GUI#adding-items (you can just format a slot with moveable air)
