Crypto 1.2 RC1 has not updated its description of the PAKE API

1. The references to the PAKE Extension refer to the Beta/unfinished status of the PAKE API
2. The references from the description of of the KDF used for TLS with EC J-PAKE, relate to the PAKE API Beta.1, not the updated PAKE API.
