Add information about quick fix in `HANDLED_RULES`

SonarSource now specifies if they have a "quick fix" for a rule in their metadata files. Example: "quickfix" in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SonarSource/sonar-java/7.14.0.30229/java-checks/src/main/resources/org/sonar/l10n/java/rules/java/S2142.json. We can add this information in HANDLED_RULES for comparison.

I think otherwise now because I do not want to compare anymore. We can for sure look for quick-fixes that are infeasible and see if Sorald can overcome them.
