`ocrd-cor-asv-ann-evaluate --help` fails

It raises a KeyError exception.

Then we need OCR-D/ocrd_all#63. I tested all processors which were created by OCR-D/ocrd_all.

Ah, sorry, I just repeated the test with an actual OCR-D/ocrd_all and the problem is indeed fixed.
