Replace navbar url's with routerLinks.

Issue

Specifically for the Mask. In development, clicking on the mask navbar link will redirect user to the actual site. Instead of hard coding the url we need to utilize the routerlink property.

Updated Mask navbar link to [routerLink]. As projects get merged into frontend each navbar link needs to be updated
