Add Task to control LEDs with individual patterns
Link Task to system via EventGroup
Define LED pattern for 2 Red and 2 Green LEDs depending on different flags

Added control task in 0.14.0

LED is controlled via EventFlag Group so no further synchronization from the RTOS is necessary.
