Updating the FA2 interface

Since the implementation of the FA2Interface, a new standard has been adopted: https://gitlab.com/tezos/tzip/-/blob/master/proposals/tzip-12/fa2_interface.mligo
We propose creating a new standard FA2 interface using this exact formula, and moving the deprecated parts into a legacy version so that the old files still work.
